Annette Remler

Annette Remler is an internationally experienced DoP of numerous dramas, commercials, fashion films and doc work around the globe. With a few nominations under her belt, she recently picked up the award for Best Cinematography for ‘X-Anniversary’ at Shore to Shore Film Fest, while her feature film ‘Ruby’ won Best Drama at the Berlin Independent Film Festival.

Having choreographed and trained in modern dance in her past, Annette has developed a unique feel for movement and balanced compositions. She is intrigued by visually creative aesthetics that aim to inspire. Her cinematography consists of a bold use of color and atmospheric lighting with visuals carrying the story at heart. Annette splits her time between bonny Hamburg and buzzing London.
