Frédéric Martial Wetter is a Cinematographer born in France and raised in Africa and North America.
Now based in Paris, commercials and music videos are his main battlefield while he loves to dive into any experience leading to meaningful, aesthetic, and emotional cinematography.
Frédéric has worked intensively for commercial brands like L’Oréal, Pantene, Nivea, Garnier, Dior and shot music videos/concerts for artists such as Madonna, Prince, Charleen Spiteri (Texas), Hoshi, Vanessa Paradis or Dolores O’Riordan (The Cranberries).
He also captured musical comedies like the acclaimed Mozart Rock Opera directed by Olivier DAHAN (La Môme) and collaborated on feature films as a camera operator/dop with such directors as Stephen Frears (Chéri) or Michael Haneke (Amour, Gold palm in Cannes). Shooting the Sundance TV mini-series Mammas with Isabella Rossellini was probably one of the funniest and delectable adventures ever
